Channel 13, a horror anthology shot in 1987 by the Polonia brothers and never finished, has come to light after being lost for nearly 30 years. The film pays homage to Amicus productions and Creepshow, presenting three tales narrated by a hooded monk. Horror fans are discussing its recovery and release, reviving interest in the low-budget 1970s and 1980s anthology tradition.
