Results from the ARTEMIS-011 trial, presented at ESMO 2026, show that risvutatug rezetecan significantly improves progression-free survival in patients with relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma. The finding is drawing attention from oncologists, as osteosarcoma has few effective options once it returns or stops responding to treatment. If the benefit is confirmed, the drug candidate could become an important new therapy for this rare bone cancer.
