openPangu-2.0

Huawei has released the full training code for its openPangu-2.0 large language model as open source, covering pretraining, supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, all built to run on its own Ascend AI chips. The move gives developers a complete, hardware-independent stack for training large models outside Nvidia's ecosystem and signals Huawei's push to grow its domestic AI software and chip stack.
