A man was found lying unconscious on the mountain trail from Kamikochi toward Mount Yarigatake in Nagano Prefecture. A passing climber discovered him and alerted authorities. He was taken to a hospital in Matsumoto but remains unresponsive and has not reacted to calls from rescuers. The incident is being reported by local Nagano media.
