macOS Golden Gate

A new report argues that Apple's macOS Golden Gate release is riddled with bugs, describing the operating system as unstable and poorly polished. The piece claims users are encountering persistent glitches and reliability problems across the system. If accurate, it would mark an unusually rough launch for a macOS update and could push Apple to issue rapid follow-up fixes.

Users are complaining that macOS 27 Golden Gate is noticeably buggy, with lag and glitches reported in Mission Control, Spaces and Stage Manager. A guide circulating online offers tips for fixing the unresponsive window management features, suggesting the problems are widespread enough that Apple users are actively looking for workarounds while waiting for a software update.
