frogfish

Divers in the Gili Islands, off Lombok in Indonesia, are sharing an unusual sighting of a frogfish perched upright on a sponge. The anglerfish relative is known for its inept swimming and habit of 'walking' on modified fins, making the upright stance a striking find. Local dive operators say it highlights the rich marine life of the reefs around Gili Trawangan and Gili Air.
