Crystal Jade has closed four more outlets in Singapore, issuing termination notices to about 120 workers ahead of a proposed sale of the restaurant group. The Food, Drinks and Allied Workers Union and employment agency e2i are offering more than 400 job opportunities to the affected employees. The closures add to earlier outlet shutdowns as the company restructures, prompting concern among diners and staff about the group's future in Singapore.
