German YouTuber coldmirror, who rose to fame with her parody dubs of the Harry Potter films, is publicly distancing herself from the franchise. According to WEB.DE, her decision is a reaction to J.K. Rowling's ongoing positions in the debate over trans rights, which have drawn widespread criticism. The move has drawn attention in Germany, where her 'Harry Potter' sketches were a formative piece of early German internet culture.
