The Sahrawi Human Rights Commission has called on the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross to intervene over the situation of Sahrawi political prisoners. Cuba has reaffirmed its support for the Sahrawi people's right to self-determination, a longstanding position in Havana's foreign policy toward Western Sahara.
