UEFA has rejected Germany's planned retro shirt, meaning the German national team will face the Netherlands in black instead. The decision by the European football governing body bars the throwback design for the fixture against Oranje, and Dutch football fans are discussing the ruling ahead of the match.

Germany and Serbia will meet in the Nations League, with the Netherlands also involved in the same group. Dutch media are following the draw closely, asking whether the German side, led by Jürgen Klopp according to the report, can bounce back after recent setbacks. The pairing sets up a high-profile European clash that also matters directly for Oranje's campaign, which is drawing attention in the Netherlands.
