The Kurdistan Human Rights Network reports that Kurdish political prisoners held in Orumiyeh, Iran, are being denied access to medical care. The group says prison authorities are refusing to transfer sick detainees to outside hospitals despite their health needs. The allegation has drawn attention to treatment of Kurdish prisoners in Iranian facilities.
