Redwan

Sudan's Foreign Ministry has refused to grant an entry visa to Redwan, the director of Ethiopian intelligence, according to press sources reported by Agenzia Nova. The move comes amid already strained relations between Khartoum and Addis Ababa over border and security issues, and is being closely followed by defence and diplomatic observers tracking tensions in the Horn of Africa.
