ReactOS

ReactOS, the open-source reimplementation of Windows NT, has achieved a major milestone: the operating system can now be installed directly onto NTFS-formatted drives. This brings the project closer to full compatibility with Windows, as NTFS has long been the standard Windows filesystem. Developers and enthusiasts are discussing the significance of the achievement for the long-running project's goal of binary compatibility with Windows software and drivers.
