Sudan has rejected accusations from Ethiopia that it is backing armed groups, according to a report by Radio Tamazuj. The denial marks the latest point of friction between the two neighbours, whose relations have been strained by disputes along their shared border and by Sudan's ongoing internal conflict. Sudan maintains it does not support armed groups operating in Ethiopia.
