Puckoon

A reader has finished rereading Puckoon, Spike Milligan's 1963 comic novel set in an Irish border village split by a boundary line, describing it as a fun, nostalgic read that is more random and rambling than remembered, while noting some jokes feel dated. The book remains a cult favourite of British-Irish absurd humour.
