Arapahoe County, Colorado, has distributed more than $26.4 million through its Open Space Program, in the form of tax sharebacks and grants. The funding goes back to communities and organizations supporting open space, parks, and related projects across the county. The Pan American Health Organization, together with the Andean Health Organization (ORAS-CONHU) and Andean countries, has launched a joint plan to protect public health from the impacts of climate change.
