Old.Reddit.com

Reddit is tightening access to old.reddit.com, its legacy desktop interface that many long-time users prefer for its lightweight design. According to Ars Technica, the company will block the site for people who have not used it in the past six months, pushing them toward the modern interface or official apps. The move fits a broader pattern of Reddit narrowing alternative access methods, and users on Hacker News are debating whether the classic interface is being gradually phased out.
