Hackers say they stole 23TB of data from Russia's federal statistics agency Rosstat, including records said to cover Russian military losses in Ukraine. The Belarusian Cyber Partisans and the Silent Crow group claim they took control of roughly 25,000 machines and destroyed internal systems at Rosstat's headquarters and regional offices. If confirmed, it would be a major breach of a core state agency and a rare outside glimpse of casualty-related data.
