Form Studio 1

Formlabs has introduced the Form Studio 1, a $699 desktop-sized 3D printer aimed at everyday users rather than professionals. Coverage notes it fits on a standard desk and is more approachable than the company's usual high-end resin machines, with reviewers commenting it is surprisingly low on odor, a common complaint with resin printing. The launch signals Formlabs' push into the consumer market.

Around 1,900 photographs from photographers in 50 countries competed in the 2026 Dog Photography Awards, spanning six categories that ranged from studio portraits to documentary work inside animal shelters. St. Louis pet photographer Katie Brockman took the top prize with a portrait of a dog named Caldwell. The competition celebrates dog photography as a serious art form and is drawing attention for the breadth and quality of its entries.
