New seasons of law enforcement documentary series will feature police departments in Kansas and Missouri, according to FOX4. The programs follow officers on patrol and highlight their work in local communities. Local viewers are interested in seeing their region's departments portrayed on national television, and the coverage may raise questions about how policing is presented to the public.

Kansas City-area station FOX4 has named the high school football matchup between Kearney and St. Pius X as its Game of the Week. The selection puts a local spotlight on the two programs as fans and school communities follow the build-up to kickoff. Details on scores, dates or season context were not provided in the available information.
