Cambodia's Environment Ministry has called on the public to keep pagodas and tourist sites clean during Pchum Ben, the major Buddhist festival for honouring ancestors. The appeal comes as millions travel to their home provinces and fill temples and heritage sites with offerings and visitors. Authorities want visitors to dispose of rubbish properly and avoid littering at sacred and tourist locations throughout the holiday period.

The Consulate-General of Myanmar in Kunming held talks with the Kunming Young Entrepreneurs Association on Myanmar's business environment and investment opportunities, according to Myanmar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting reflects continued efforts to promote cross-border trade and Chinese investment in Myanmar despite the country's ongoing political instability and conflict.

Employees of the Naryn Regional Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment, and Technical Supervision carried out a joint raid with members of the At-Bashinsky District Hunters' Society and military personnel. The operation was aimed at preventing violations of wildlife protection rules in the At-Bashy district of the Naryn region of Kyrgyzstan.
