Elting Library

New Paltz's Elting Library went ahead with its 69th annual book fair even as a storm hit the Hudson Valley, drawing book lovers to the long-running community event. The fair, a fixture in the village for decades, offers used and donated books to raise funds for the library, and organizers pressed on with the tradition rather than cancel.
