Officials in Fenwick Island, Delaware, are warning residents and beachgoers of dangerous dune drop-offs of up to 10 feet left behind by a recent storm. The steep scarps pose a fall and rescue hazard along the shoreline, and town authorities are urging people to stay off and away from the damaged dunes while conditions are assessed and repairs considered.
