Downdetector

Spotify suffered a service outage on Tuesday, Sept. 29, with thousands of users reporting problems accessing the app and streaming music, according to tracking site Downdetector. Reports were concentrated in the US, with users also affected in the UK, Canada, Australia and Singapore. Anthropic's Claude chatbot went down around the same time. Both services later recovered, though Spotify acknowledged the issues and no detailed explanation has been given.
