Ministers from Africa's least developed countries have concluded a regional midterm review of the Doha Programme of Action, the UN's ten-year plan supporting the world's poorest nations. They called for accelerated implementation, warning that progress on development commitments has been too slow and that stronger international support is needed to meet the programme's goals.
