Yemen's Human Rights Authority has condemned what it calls Saudi-led aggression crimes in the provinces of Al-Bayda and Dhamar. The statement, carried by Yemen's Saba news agency, accuses the Saudi-led coalition of violations against civilians. The authority, aligned with the Houthi authorities in Sanaa, regularly issues such condemnations of coalition air raids and shelling across Yemen.
