Twelve Spanish NGOs, including CEAR, Oxfam and the Jesuit organisation, are publicly opposing plans to speed up the expulsion of migrants from Ceuta to Morocco. The groups warn that accelerated returns could violate asylum rights and put vulnerable people at risk. The dispute has put aid organisations at odds with the Spanish government over its migration policy at the border.
