A 300-hectare stretch of North Carolina's Research Triangle Park is made up almost entirely of data center campuses belonging to major companies, including Cisco Systems, Lenovo, Biogen, NetApp, Fidelity Investments, UBS, Foundation Medicine, Novonesis and Delta Electronics, along with their large parking lots.
