AlphaFold3

Researchers report a pooled AlphaFold3 screening approach that maps a bacterium's protein-protein interactions roughly 100 times faster than conventional methods. The technique tests many protein pairs together rather than one at a time, using the AI structure-prediction system to identify which proteins interact. If validated broadly, it could dramatically speed up mapping interaction networks in bacteria and other organisms.
