Alabuga

Japan has announced its first large sanctions package against Russia this year, following a decision by the foreign ministry. The measures freeze assets and restrict payments for 33 Russian companies and nine individuals. Among those targeted are Uralvagonzavod, the tank manufacturing giant, and entities linked to the Alabuga special economic zone.
