AI gateways

Respan, a Y Combinator W24 startup, has launched Respan, an open-source AI gateway written in Rust and designed around a plugin architecture. The launch is drawing attention from developers, with engagement already in the dozens as users comment on the tool. Open-source gateways for routing and managing AI model traffic are a crowded space, so early reactions are focused on how Respan's Rust performance and plugin approach compare with existing alternatives.
