Show an agent a problem: mark up, record, send

Scrawl is a macOS/Windows screen-recording tool aimed at coding agents: press a shortcut to record your screen, voice, and annotations, and it produces a compact bundle (annotated keyframe contact sheet, full-res frames, transcript, and JSON manifest) that AI coding agents like Claude Code or OpenCode can read. It includes a CLI for zooming into moments, extracting frames, and sending captures to agent sessions.

Why now: Trending among newly starred repos, riding interest in agent-friendly developer tooling; a Windows preview build and installable agent skills were recently added.

Who it is for: Developers who use AI coding agents and would rather show a bug on screen than describe it in text.
